Returns & Replacements

We accept returns for refund or store credit (minus shipping & insurance and 10% restocking fee) only for standard items purchased online. Items must be in original condition (not worn, sized, engraved, set, or altered in any way). We do not accept returns or exchanges on any special orders (i.e. special sizes, custom orders, engraved or set items, or any altered merchandise) or layaway items. All returned items must be received by Orly Diamonds within 30 days of receipt of purchase, except for loose diamonds which must be received within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Please call to speak with an associate prior to returning merchandise, to request a Return Authorization #. Packages shipped to us without a Return Authorization # will be returned to sender unopened. All returned merchandise should be mailed registered and fully insured.


Merchandise is usually available for shipment within 5-10 business days. On occasion, an item may go out of stock before our site is updated. If this should happen, we will notify you without delay. If you require an item by a specific date, we recommend that you contact us to confirm the availability. For online domestic orders we accept the following: Major Credit Cards. Merchandise will ship to the verifiable billing address of cardholder. PayPal. Verified users with confirmed addresses only. Direct Wire Transfer Money order Checks * All checks, money orders & wire transfers must clear before items are shipped.
