1 . How do I make the reservation? In each package there is a reservation request form. Fill out the form and mail or fax it into our office at CMC-Meridian. After we receive the form one of our travel specialists will call you within 72 hours to make all the arrangements with you.

2 . Can anyone use the certificate? One person has to be 21 years of age. Other than that the certificate is fully transferable.

3 . Can I upgrade the vacation? Yes, for cruises you can add on dates and/or upgrade the cabin. For land packages you can add additional evenings on to your stay and/or airfare. You can also book an additional cabin for the cruise or hotel rooms

4 . How can I learn about the cruise itineraries? You can visit the websites: www.ncl.com or www.carnival.com or visit a local travel agency to pick up their brochures. You can also learn about what legal forms of ID you will need items to pack and other helpful hints about cruising from these sources.

5 . Do I have to give advance notice before I travel? Yes, for the cruise you must give us 90 day advance notice and 35 days for the hotel package. The earliest you can book your trip is 180 days prior to travel.

6 . Are there cancellation fees? Yes, they are spelled out on the reservation request form in detail.

7 . Can I use two certificates to make one long vacation? No, the certificates can not be used back to back.

8 . What happens if the reservation form is lost in the mail? Before you mail the form please make a photo copy or, at the very least, write down the reservation control number printed on the upper right corner. If a reservationist does not contact you within 10 days of mailing your certificate, please contact CMC-Meridian at 800-238-5659. We will then void the certificate and mail a new one to you.

9 . What is included with the cruise? Cruises include 1 cabin for two people as well as all on-board meals and entertainment. Gratuities, outside excursions and alcoholic beverages are not included.
